Malmitalo gallery’s spaces and fees
Malmitalo Gallery is located on the building’s ground floor next to the main entrance. The size of the gallery space is approximately 56m². Malmitalo gallery does not charge an exhibition fee. Exhibition services include electronic surveillance and cleaning of the space, as well as communications, marketing and arrangements for the opening. The artist is responsible for setting up and taking down the exhibition, and for the insurances.
Open call for exhibition periods
The Malmitalo Cultural Center will resume its operations in 2026. Therefore, contrary to earlier information, the open call for the Malmitalo Gallery will not take place in 2024. If exhibition activities at the Malmitalo Gallery continue, an open call for exhibitions will be organized in the spring of 2025.
